For the next couple of months, Că.Sub Collective is taking the wheel.
Că.Sub is the performing squad spinoff from Căminul Subcultural — the artist-run project house based and kickin’ in Cluj-Napoca for more than 7 years now. Their sonic identity ranges from eclectic analog grooves to funky electronica, world, leftfield, electro and new wave gems.
And who better to kick off the first Că.Sub takeover than the founders themselves:
EsauNue Aka Florin Serban, is mostly into sound art production for more than 20 years now, always exploring the boundaries of a distinctive sonic identity, whether is studio creation, show performance or Dj-ing. He started Esaunue music project as a personal mission to revive the alternative and obscure production of Cluj-Napoca, from meaningful music to new media content.
Dakograff is a DJ and producer, active in the local underground scene. His DJ sets move through acid house and acid techno, blended with breakbeat, progressive grooves, electronic left-field cuts, and touches of IDM. Rather than pushing intensity, he leans into flow, bouncy rhythms, and curious transitions, aiming for sets that feel engaging, fluid, and fun from start to finish.
